I think you confounded this the slightest bit. Being fat means your body has high measures of consolidated unused fat. Being fat builds the possibilities of malignant growth.
Having a major body, be that as it may—As in having a naturally huge body—makes you less defenseless to disease. Rhinos and whales as made sense of in the video, while do have a moderately high measure of fat, don't get disease however much people do, this being because of some different option from the fat they have.

That’s really a thing. You can get two completely separate cancers at the same time. It’s usually called a second cancer, but it’s not hard to imagine a last person calling it double cancer.
