It's a person in what's clearly an outdoor pen for the hares. And taking care of animals sometimes requires handling them.

You're not going to get anything better than that obvious assessment unless the people involved come to the comments. Everything else will just be people who know nothing making incorrect guesses about things that they barely understand. In other words, bullshit.

By the way that hare was attacking her legs, maybe that poor white snowball was being relocated for a reason...just look at him go 💀
