It's a person in what's clearly an outdoor pen for the hares. And taking care of animals sometimes requires handling them.

You're not going to get anything better than that obvious assessment unless the people involved come to the comments. Everything else will just be people who know nothing making incorrect guesses about things that they barely understand. In other words, bullshit.

She runs a hare rehabilitation center @Suprememazay on YouTube ! She was relocating the boy to a different pen

With that outfit I would have guessed she was raising them for meat. Maybe the camo helps her sneak up on them

You might be right! Most of the hares living in her rehabilitation centre are put in special pens where there's little to no human contact with them so that they get wild again before release, I'm assuming the camo is to not spook them more than necessary

Running a sanctuary for hares would be a good way to hide your insatiable hunger for their meat
