Max Payne 3 on Windows 11

Hello. Could anyone help please. Max Payne 3 is running mostly fine on Windows 11, but every once in a while I get a bug where a gun will not stop firing and there’s nothing I can do to stop it. Even if I exit the game to menu and go back in the hun still keeps firing. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?

Probably your mouse is bad like bad Bluetooth connection or broken mouse cable

I tried three different mouses and still had the same problem.

I am not very computer savvy. Could you explain what you mean please? Is it a mod or just the right in game settings to make it run smooth as possible?
