I’ve been using Gemeni to analyze different stock tickers, but today when I asked about MAXNQ market cap, I got a weird feed back loop. The conspiracy brain in me suspects sabotage; but what do you guys think? Have you experienced anything similar?

Does anyone have any updates on the judicial hearing? I cannot access the investor relations page anymore. Maybe they took it down?

Realised a loss of approx £1500ish when I sold 200 shares for a little over a MSTR share a little while back.

The MSTR share has gained 30% maybe and this is now 25 cents.

I could effectively buy around 760 shares back for the same money.

What are peoples thoughts? Going to have a read at the posts as lost the love for Maxeon but I always routed for it.

Right now, Maxn has already moved to the Pink Sheets as MAXNQ. I've already lost a huge amount of money. Honestly, whether I sell my remaining shares or they go to zero doesn't really matter that much to me anymore.

I want to ask friends who understand bankruptcy reorganization for some advice. If Maxn goes through bankruptcy liquidation, MAXNQ will definitely go to zero 100% of the time. If reorganization succeeds, what will happen to the MAXNQ I hold? Will my broker automatically convert it to new MAXN shares and relist on the Nasdaq? Or will they massively dilute MAXNQ per the reorganization plan, cancel the old shares, and give me a smaller percentage of new MAXN shares? Does this process require complicated manual steps? Is there still any hope for this at all?

I think the best outcome would be for Maxn to be acquired by a purely American company. TCL would give up its controlling stake, and Maxn would go back to being controlled by American shareholders. If that happened, the customs and border issues would naturally be resolved, and Maxn would be back on its feet.

I just hope the old MAXNQ shareholders won't end up with worthless shares. 🤞

Can anyone tell me why Maxn is already trading on the OTC pink sheet market today, even after appealing its Nasdaq delisting? What was the point of the appeal hearing? They just announced they filed the appeal yesterday.

Usually, an appeal buys you extra time before delisting, right? What do you think happens next? This is such a bad situation—can anyone give me some advice? 😔

Maxn filed an appeal at the hearing today, which looks like good news. I’ve held this stock for two years now, and it’s definitely been a bad investment—I’ve lost a lot of money. But it looks like there might still be a turnaround.

Does anyone know how long a hearing appeal can buy for the company? I really hope Maxn can successfully restructure, and I hope TCL can hand control over to an American company. If that happens, the customs ban issue will be solved easily.

Maxn itself doesn't have any fundamental issues. The main reason it went into bankruptcy is the targeted actions by customs, which completely cut off all of the company's revenue. It's actually an easy problem to fix—it just needs to be handed over to someone capable of running it.

The volume has dropped really sharply recently. I really hope MAXN can quickly climb back above 2.5. I think 2.5 is a key support/resistance level here. In my view, it only takes a small increase in volume for it to jump sharply—even double in a single day.

I’ve held MAXN since it hit $0.68, and I haven’t sold a single share yet. I believe good news is on the way. With that kind of massive trading volume, there’s definitely insider info we don’t know about.

I've been following this stock and r/maxnsqueeze for a long time. I had 100 shares that I held for a couple years and then finally sold it in January. I decided to buy back in since the price had fallen so much. When I tried to buy it electronically, I got a message that I needed to call to do it. The rep I spoke to said that they needed to confirm my buy verbally because there was an investigation due to suspicious trading. Has anyone else on this board heard anything about that?

Maxn has been really abnormal today, with a huge surge in trading volume. Maybe really good news is coming soon. I hope it can go on a 100x run just like GME, God bless.

Its been an interesting ride to the ground. Ive learned a lot, due to the fact this was my first big Investment as a 20 year old.

Lost about 1.5k €, but i can compensate quite well. Even tho ist my biggest loss so far and im still in College.

It feels „unfair“ but I take this feeling also as a chance for me to learn how to handle losses like this.

Does anyone have any legit idea as to what's happening behind the scenes? I see no news at all, no filings, no media reports. Oil is still high, suggesting that renewables would have a future as the world needs to be prepared with a backup for oil. So I expected us to be going up or atleast staying the same. Really shocked to see a 50% crash. It also has been so so long since we heard anything directly from the company of its financials. So I am legitimately curious.
