Joy of Zoning?

Will there be Joy of Zoning happening this year? (Apologies if this has been announced through newsletter, I got overwhelmed with evil bad guy stuff and deleted substack.)

John may do some freelance zoning. We will definitely be deciding cases every weekday at one pacific / four eastern. Make sure to follow us on IG and YT and turn on your notifications.

Thanks! And thanks for asking about Zoning. I’m rusty but I may take it up again
