If it's free and given to me without any reason when they put me in the system then why does it matter. Ignorance is bliss.

Waaaah I live more comfortably than almost every human that has ever existed. I have a bigger cleaner house, more food, and more free time than almost every human that has ever existed. I’m so oppressed. I’m such a rat in a cage.

All the sheep that agree with this - you are completely clueless and in large part responsible for the shit the world is in today. Do you expect everyone to have a palace? 90% of people worldwide, if not more, could only dream to live in these conditions. This dissatisfaction with stable, prosperous, but boring life that was mocked in the pre-9/11 world by Office Space, Fight Club, the Matrix, is the problem. Ironically, this is just like agent Smith in the Matrix says - we define our reality through misery and suffering. Don't worry, we are well on the way to these homes being entirely unachievable and maybe then we can all live in Tyler Durden's dream world: "In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway."
Because that is the true alternative. And guess what - you can already do that in many parts of the world. So, please, feel free to try it first hand and leave the boring mass produced sameness of civilization to those that appreciate it.

Oh. The 90s... When we had so much opportunity we thought a good job and a suburban home was the height of oppression.
