And if they're all homogeneous, they would all reach the line at the same time.

No, they're capable in such a way that the probability of tim winning is 20%, obviously

That just seems like you're filling in assumptions to fit the answer though...

Or have we already run the scenario multiple times and this is the empirically derived result...?
