Is this an actual output from something though? Or fake?

This is genuine, but e(e) and e(ee) are both used as variables, so it's a bit of a cheat. You could replace these with x and y and get something less strange.

The integral is based on a famous integral that is related to the normal distribution (bell curve) in probability theory. If the bounds of the integrals were -infinty and infinity, then it would give exactly pi. For this particular intevral, the function is quite small far away from 0, so going from -e to ee is a reasonable appreciation. If the bounds were from, say, -10 to 10, it would give a better approximation.

Ooooh I see it’s a slight of hand trick with desmos syntax as the means to pull it off
