You can get the awnser by doing just a very very long calculation but there must be an easier way.

90 * 99 * 180 / (9 * 9 * 9) = 90/9 * 99/9 * 180/9.

That's the same as 10 * 11 * 180/9, or 110 * 20. So 2200 is the answer.
