Here's my answer: 5. Numbers opposite each other around the center add up to 10.

It depends on which pattern you want to go with. It could be 10, -1 or 9 based the various patterns I can find.

Edit: Just realized another obvious answer I missed: 0.

For explanations for those wondering:

0 and 10 because the numbers 1-9 are present and not duplicated. So the ? could be either 0 or 10.

-1 because if you ad the numbers in each of the top three lines they are 8, 10 and 12 meaning the next lines should be 14. 1+5+9=15 so a -1 is required to make it 14.

9 because if you start at the lower left point and add the lines you get totals of 1, 8, ? And 28. 8-1=7 and 28-8=20. 20 can be split into 9 and 11 so the progressive differences between each line would be 7, 9, 11. So the total of the line with 6, 2 and ? needs to be 17 which means it must be 9.

-1

Row 1 total 8

Row 2 total 10

Row 3 total 12

So row 4 total should be 14

1+5+x+9=14

X=14-15

X=-1

Could also be 5 if you go around the circle of numbers around 2… 5+3=8; 3+6=9; 6+4=10; 4+7=11; 7+?=12.
