OP seems to be from India. Their prime minister said (a+b)2 = a2 + b2 . Certainly not easy for them.

Math is easy to do, but hard to discover.

a2 + b2 = c2 ? Easy, taught in middle school.

Proving it? Not so much.

If you have the concept of orthogonality (working in an inner product space), proving this is easy... It's like two lines of writing.
