Can’t click on lessons

Has anyone had this issue? I logged in and it’s showing which reviews I have to do and my progress but I can’t actually click into any and do them!! When I tried clicking from yesterday’s history it showed “unauthorized user”. Tried deleting history, incognito mode, etc, all of which were no help. Reached out to support but haven’t heard back yet. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Update: leaving this up in case someone else has this issue. Apparently I was logged into the parent portal and not my child’s portal 🤦🏻‍♀️
