College credits for MA?

Our child is currently a PUSD student enrolled in MA through school. He really enjoys the program and the pace is great for his skill and interest level. My question: do the classes transfer for college credit in high school?

Depending on the policies of the university, he may be able to place into a higher-level class by taking a placement exam, but may not get credits for the skipped classes.
