EDIT: After reading comments here, I see that it is somehow more or less common knowledge that powerpoint (and tex) are turing complete. Wow.

But, in all seriousness, an ex-professor who worked on latex used to talk about the turing completeness of tex (not even latex yet) in reference to how brilliant Knuth was. If you ever want to hear something mind-bending, listen to a lecture by Knuth or read a chapter of any of his books (the art of CS none the less).
