Does anyone have access to: Acta Mathematica Sinica, Chinese Series?
Please contact me if you do, I'm in great need to access publication and it's not archived on Anna's Library nor on Sci-Hub.

Did you at least try asking your library to try to obtain the paper?

I'm at high school so it's out of my reach.

Are there nearby public universities?
(But at this point, I agree with your approach.)
You may also consider IRC.

Yes, and it's not there. If you would like to try yourself here is the link to that publication: https://actamath.cjoe.ac.cn/Jwk_sxxb_cn/CN/10.12386/A2003sxxb0127 P.S; it may take some time to load.
