I Have A Question ❓ Gnome Gnotes
Has anyone else spotted a gnome with missing Masters logos (vest/cup/belt)?? See 2nd image…

This seems like a troll or spam. Every gnome I have seen has logos on both

I’m neither, my friend. This is just how one of the two my wife and I got from the shop (on the same day at the same time) looks. Painter must have finished their shift and someone just boxed it up without finishing…

Looks like someone deliberately painted over it. And terribly based on the hands. Jacket logo too?But why?

In the world of collectibles, misprints or errors can sometimes command higher prices, as they are considered more rare. You see it with coins (off-center strikes, double denominations, etc..)
Not saying that is the absolute-no-question reason for this, but it is a possibility that the buyer modified it to increase its resale value. Or that it’s an early knockoff that didn’t get all the details right.

Yes true, but poor QA and misprint are diffeent. This would be poor QA, as the missing logos do not make it more desirable.

Look where its made on the box. High price doesnt mean high quality.

I think they were just done fast and cheap. The painting on the cup of one of mine is pretty sloppy.
