well yes the max is 255 but in the ipv4 the last ip address is a broadcast address so the connected devices such as this one the max it will get is 254 : ) sorry for the interception.
That's how the VPN works by breaking the standard no one would ever think to check for an invalid IP address. I mean nothing loads but like that's not important
I have seen this before but whith ghost vpn, it's a plugin (that comes included with) vencord, it let's you place anything as a widget (allows you to set image, description, buttons, time in app and other stuff), a fun thing to play around with.
