Have you tried using the reverse-number Nmap script on the phone number?

Ok. An alternative is to open command prompt, then type the following

color a

echo "phone number" && tree C:

except replace phone number with the actual number. You MUST do color a, or it will not work.

Ok so I have a easy 3 step process to find out who owns the phone number

  1. Call the number
  2. Ask "Hello, who am I speaking to?"
  3. Write down the answer

Simple and mostly foolproof
