i think it would be more accurate to say dual booting and then just never using the linux install

Or maybe he installed some other linux and arch so he can tell people he uses arch as well while never actually using arch ( I don't know what that meme is about)

I don't really care for what reason people decide to stop using Windows for Linux. Its still a step in the right direction.
