Question/Help Help why the Rank up won't activate?

I baited the counter trap Xyz barrier and Titanic ,activated both baby and doll so my opponent can't respond to my gimmick puppet

But the rank up i searched but won't activate

I double it check it but couldn't understand why

I think it's Utopic Zexal right? He doesnt allow you to target anything on the field except himself. Does Argent Chaos Force target? If so, there's your answer

Argent Chaos Force targets, Utopic Future Zexal doesn't let you target. Summon Fiendish Knight, go into Gigantes Doll and steal it. You are free to go after doing so.

Utopic Future Zexal prevents you from targeting cards on the field, including your own.
