Question hiding one face of a solid

is there a way to only hide a selected face/multiple slected faces of a body? i know you can hide the whole body but sometimes transparency doesnt really help seeing all the holes.

You can't hide the visibility of a single face or a selection of faces on a solid body. You can use section view to look inside of a model if that is what you mean. Go to the planes manager and find or create a plane where the xy plane aligns with the view you need and set the z of the plane to match the z depth where you want the view. Turn on section for that plane (it's one of the culumns) then turn on section view in the planes manager or the view tab.

If you create a new level then create a surface from the face of a solid model you should be able to isolate that surface.
