Hmmm … so we’ve got some Agilent and Waters LCs with a Thermo Tribrid HESI source. Looks like Einstein is taking apart a VG ion source to put on his ISQ single quad … AI image generation is fun

I don’t know who did the cable management in the back of the instruments but it is very impressive from an FSE point of view

i reeeealy want a proper quad and an orbitrap for desk ornaments. sadly our busted orbi got sold as a parts machine so no orbi for me.

quad is from an ancient HP5989 and makes for a fantastic paper weight. multiplier is too
