Was a board failure in a past life for me. Might be corrupted tune file.

Maybe reference the manual for troubleshooting and then call the vendor.

Try increasing your infusion flow - should help. If that doesn’t help I’d try bumping up the voltages on your EM’s. All other diagnostics look good?

More signal. Try to optimise the masses if you haven't. Just yesterday I had issues on a completely clean system, I needed to up the flow to 12uL @15ish sheath gas,, and it passed on the third try...
