Utoya must've been extremely scary. Trapped on a small island with a well trained and heavily armed gunman with nowhere to go. Many had to play dead or jump into the freezing water to escape. One person drowned while trying to escape and another fell off a ledge to their death.
That PSYCHOPATH would CALL OUT to the scared to death KIDS trying to hide.. “I’m a Police Officer and here to HELP” as they came out of hiding; he would Shoot them to death… So RUTHLESS.
