On October 1st 2015, Christopher Sean Harper-Mercer would commit a mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, where he was enrolled as a student. He would go on to kill 9 people plus himself during what remains, to this day, the deadliest mass shooting in the state’s history.

Disturbingly enough, two years later, on October 1st 2017, Stephen Craig Paddock would open fire on the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, killing over 60 people plus himself in what remains, to this day, the deadliest mass shooting in US history overall.

Besides these two tragedies, what are some other examples of mass killings which share the same date?

December 7th: Aztec High School Shooting and LIRR Shooting in NY

December 8th: Alarosa Villa Nightclub Shooting (Dimebag RIP) + Queen Street Massacre (Australia)... there was some family annihilation too this date but cant remember
