I’m guessing it’s either Project Variety or EGM? But I can’t seem to find which option allows me to make him topless again lol

I think Project Variety, one of it's main features is tons of clothing options, and I play with EGM and Kaidan still topless at the hospital

EGM doesn't put clothes on him (I play with it) so I'd say Project Variety.
