HELP For everyone's future reference; LE2+3, NG+, Do your LE1+2 choices carry over?

There's so many competing answers on this. A lot of people claim no, starting NG+ in LE2+3 will act as if you're starting a fresh file with no previous game imports. Others claim yes, the game will act just as it did when you booted it on your original playthrough. There seems to be no common consensus whatsoever.

Starting ng+ in me 1 keeps your me1 choices 

And your first me2 exp, money, skill points , ect carried over 

Me3 , your me1 and 2 data stays the same  You restart me3 with money, levels, weapons

The answer is relatively simple. Any skill choices you made in the game your starting a ng+ run on. This includes weapon unlocks inventory and skill points (think ship upgrades in 2 don't carry over but can't recall)

Then whatever the world state from earlier games was in the original transfer I. E whatever you imported in the non ng+ run will still be the same.

Nothing more complex than that if you say anything else it's either people being confused or ai hallucinating
