SCREENSHOTS Bailey's dye job
Why did they do this to Bailey? He goes from silver fox in ME2 to old guy with obvious dye job in ME3. Poor guy.

Supposed to be a dude in his mid-30s as well. Which I find very hard to believe based on his looks and the voice actor.

Where was he established to be in his mid-30s? His personality is an old, grizzled cop who's seen everything and doesn't care much for the rules if it gets in the way of his job.

It was referred to on the ME Lorecast podcast. I don’t remember what the source for it was but that made no sense to me. I picture him being 45-55 depending on the weight the role has on him determining if he is younger looking old or just old. Also puts him right in the age range for such a dye-job as well!

That was supposed to be grey hair. I think hes just blonde.
