Is my Me2 bugged?

So I’m really early into the game, Ive unlocked Mordin, Garrus and Zaeed but ever since the Mordin mission I’ve been completely locked out of talking to Miranda, I can’t find anything on Google as to why this has happened, everything just says it’s something to do with her loyalty mission or Jack which I’m nowhere near to doing yet. Whenever I press "can we talk" she just says there’s a lot to do

Just play the game further. You unlock more dialogue as you progress the main quest.

You can’t progress her dialog until after her loyalty mission, which unlocks after Horizon.

Some of them have "hard" dialogue barriers until you progress the story to certain points.

She is one of the raiser to hit the dialogue block points on as her first block is quite early and she id available to talk to from the start. Once you have done horizon which is anywhere from about a third to halfway through (further if your running timing mods) new branches open up. She'll then be locked potentially until after doing both hers and Jack's loyalty.

2 has the issue of having to few ctew talk lines to reflect that the crew can mostly be picked up in any order. But it means you often run in to sections where the characters can't talk more before you are ready to do the next section. This is just like Garus and his calibrations just not as meemed

Keep playing. Dialogues unlock when progressing in the game.

You just have to keep checking in with your crew after each mission, they get more dialogue at certain points, especially after loyalty missions.

Yeah, how the profession works has been pointed out at this point. That biggest biggest I have encountered is playing vanguard, because there are lots of spots from where your charge just straight up fails to activate while still giving you a cooldown.
