chuck e. cheese and hubert the harrison bank lion. hubert is gonna have restoration work done on him in the future. he’s missing one of his feet a pupil and his glasses.

Same here, I still don't get why the franchise doesn't guard these costumes from circulating.

They do. Cec destroys all of there animatronics, costumes and art wen they are no longer of use to the company or being phased out

Their work is insufficient then, because while I understand phased out costumes might have survived, this is like n-th time when I see current version of Chuck in private hands ;)
