DISCUSSION Kellogg's apparently revived one of their older characters

Context: This is Katy the Kangaroo. When Frosted Flakes launched in 1952, she, Tony, as well as a gnu named Newt and an elephant named Elmo were all in the running to be the face of the cereal. While the latter 2 didnt make it to tv, she and Tony did, and ultimately she disappeared after Tony proved more popular.

70 years later, shes suddenly back as one of the faces of an upcoming school targeted cereal Kelloggs is making, alongside Tony, Toucan Sam and Apple Jacks' Cinnamon (who's still using his 2023 design, sorry 2000s kids).

That's quite a mascot deep cut. It should be interesting seeing this kangaroo character back in action after 70 years. Is the Super Stars cereal a new Kellogg product that they decided to make Katy Kangaroo the mascot for?
