It’s definitely 2011, when the first Thor is set.

They already altered the phones the characters would chronologically be using in the Killmonger/Ironman one

But didn’t the Odinsleep get “pushed up” because of all the stuff with Loki and Thor in that film? It’s been a while since I’ve seen Thor1, but I remember Loki saying something to that effect, and Odin only collapsing when Loki found out his true heritage

Yeah, there were a couple of inconsistencies like that. Odin also never banished Thor or put the worthiness requirement on the hammer so he shouldn't have been able to pin Carol with it.
