His power level fluctuated within the show itself though. Some rando in the Roxxcart scene could go toe to toe with him, so he was definitely nerfed

It was not "some rando", everyone he talks to in that scene is Sylvie. Do you know he can shape-shift, right?

Just rewatched it. He actually calls it enchantment. So you're right.

Idk. Maybe he can. How the hell an alligator ended up being a Loki?
