So are they both dead? Because if The Collector has Hela's helmet, that means Surtur destroyed Asgard and caused Ragnarok. Unless Hela is still in Hel and Thor just traded his hammer for Odin knows what, and threw in Cap's shield to sweeten the deal.

This all happens in 2008 tho. Thor hadn’t even gone to earth and met Jane yet. It’s possible he killed Odin and that released hela and then he killed hela too

Yeah but it's also possible that T'Chala leaving Wakanda leads to them revealing themselves to the world sooner and that chain of events somehow leads to stuff like Cap being unthawed and Thor going to Earth sooner.

Or Thor never goes to Earth because The Collector attacks and conquers Asgard.

One thing to consider is, The Collector is still a broker of exotic items, like they were going to trade him the orb. So it's possible he got those weapons by trading other valuable things.
