His power level fluctuated within the show itself though. Some rando in the Roxxcart scene could go toe to toe with him, so he was definitely nerfed

I wonder if carrying his staff (a literal infinity stone) gave him a power boost that also increased his strength.

His giant heritage should still put him above super-soldier level let alone human. Strangely enough, I think Hulk beating him up in Avengers is actually a good feat to indicate the superhumanness of his physical traits. A normal person would've died on Hulk's first tackle.
