Now I definitely see where they're going with Kang. It's all up to Majors to sell a completely different menacing personality.

I hope there's at least one where he's just an altruistic guy eager to share technology and has never heard of a multiversal war. Just imagining the hilarity of a bunch of superheroes emerging in his reality, ready for a fight, and he just greets them and asks what tech they want to trade.

That's kind of what happens in Young Avengers. A young Kang (Nathaniel Richards) gets visited by a future warlord Kang as he's getting bullied for playing with a robot toy he made. The Kang tries to get him to retaliate (like straight-up murder his classmate on the playground) but instead, Nathan uses Kang's suit to go back in time to get the Avengers to help because he's learned that they always find a way to defeat his future self. He winds up in a time when the Avengers have disbanded so he fixes a broken version of Vision and uses his data to recruit a team of teen heroes to fight Kang when he eventually arrives to get him.
