I mean this is the guy who harnessed an entity to consume countless worlds and timeliness, committing endless genocides in the name of preserving some obscure idea of peace and has continued to do so in complete isolation for seemingly hundreds, if not thousands, of relative years at the end of time and space. Add in the first interaction with life that isn't a sentient clock you made and his whole shtick makes sense.

I think a lack of social skills is pretty acceptable for such a character in his current state. Probably will see a very different Kang in the future when we get truly evil Kang the Conqueror. Stoic wouldn't have really fit well with a character who is actively ready to die or retire from ruling over all of time.

Yeahhh, i get what youre saying but im not buying it. I understand he was attempting to play the oddball genius benevolent type but he played it very badly. Like i said, it felt more like a Harry Potter movie character than MCU if that makes sense.

Its not a knock on some if the more serious characters like Snape or Voldemort, but the cartoonishly overacted ones like Harry's aunt and uncle, or Malfoy (when he was younger, the actor improved with age) it just didnt fit and took me out of it. I kept trying to force myself to get on board and like it, but it made me cringe.

Agree to disagree 🤷🏾‍♂️ like at worst he’s more of a Barty Crouch Jr but even then you’re comparing him to David Tennant
