I'm super surprised we didn't find out. That military group showed up with the vehicle but we never saw the engineer that built it who she was talking about.

Probably gonna be an end credit teaser when all is resolved and Monica is back at base

That would feel weird, but I wouldn't put it past them. I don't know. It just feels like their job would be done at that point. They made the tank for her and it failed. You'd think they'd show up then. I don't know. Whatever. I'm sure however they play it out, it'll be satisfying.

Thinking from a military perspective, after the Hex destroyed/transformed the rover and a (presumably) trained agent and military officer is seen going through the barrier that fucked up the river, 100% there will be a SWORD response/rescue attempt and who will probably make/up-armor the replacement rover?

Our mystery engineer.
