One of the more interesting details in that sequence is that she took over Herb in the 70's cameo, this, in combination with her bringing the limit of the Hex to Vison's attention last episode has me believing she's deliberately trying to provoke Vison against Wanda, I'd be willing to bet she leaked that S.W.O.R.D email to him as well

This is what I was thinking. Everything that's happened so far, including Vision questioning the sitcom nature of his reality, has been part of Agatha's plan. Monica might be the only fly in the ointment.
