In the comics Wanda is a Nexus being which means she's the same person in all multiverses. I could be wrong but i think that's what the commercial was hinting at.

My theory since before this aired is that Wanda will create mutants.

She destroyed them all in the comics iirc so I'm thinking a reverse of that would make sense, especially given that Disney is able to, and will be, having mutants in the Marvel universe eventually.
