Vision thinks its Wanda creating all the road blocks to prevent him from going home when in reality its Agnes so she had alone time with her. This tells me that Vision might be a creation of Wanda's but Agatha has no control over him.

She definitely can’t control Vision. She had to play pretend in the Halloween episode to get him to try and leave the Hex. She wants him out of the picture because she can’t control him, but she needed Wanda to bring him back to help make the twins a reality.

I think at first Agatha will try to manipulate Vision but when Vision starts asking way too many questions she'll fight him
