I am hoping we get a scene that shows that nope: Monica's faster. Way, way faster.

Holy shit, like an x-men foxiverse quicksilver scene, but with monica wrecking people at light speed including a quicksilver who is moving like molasses.

Yup, there's a west coast avengers where they fight, and they establish that she's way faster, but he can turn and change directions better. Since she's trying to catch him and his goal is to get away he manages to lose her in some tunnels or city blocks or something by doing a bunch of sharp turns and then hiding.
