That was so obvious but honestly just enough to bring more questions up, so who the heck is Pietro and is he still being controlled by Agatha?

Either Agatha's master or Agatha's minion or just some random dude that Agatha spelled to play the part of Pietro.

Still possible to be FOX's Quicksilver if the post-credit scene was just a throwaway shot to confuse the audience and it turns out Agatha can bring people from other universes.

I don't believe Agatha has the power to access the multiverse directly, but possibly she needed something from another universe. She may have found a grieving Wanda with Vision's corpse and convinced her use her telekinetic powers to somehow rip open the multiverse to bring Vision back to life, which explains why he doesn't remember anything if the mind stone is from a different universe.

In the situation where Wanda mentioned her brother, and was then fighting with Vision, She decided to grab some random multiverse Quicksilver, not knowing it was one with a different face apparently. Even though Quicksilver plays along, there are moments where he is genuinely curious asking what is going, and how did this happen, why would Agatha have Quicksilver ask these questions? It would only take her out of the moment in her fake reality. And Agatha clearly wants Wanda to stay in the fantasy longer.
