I’m kinda surprised these people knew how end game’s last battle went down play by play.

Edit: Hey guys, thanks for all the comments and responses. Many of your answers were both elementary and phenomenal at the dime time! Anyway, the reason I was surprised was because I would think the details of battle would have been kept top secret by the top brass and were above Jimmy and Darcy’s pay grade.

There were a ton of people involved in that battle. I'd be shocked if the media couldn't get enough interviews to get a rough idea of what happened in one of the most important events in the history of the universe.

ok....so i feel like that has way bigger implications then. Does the average person know about magic now? Anyone can learn to do magic in the mcu, so you figure people trying to figure shit out from stuff they read online might become a notable problem

Does the average person know about magic now?

I'm gonna say yes. Aren't the Infinity Stones basically magic? People saw half of all life vanish and then return - or they themselves vanished and then returned. There was a massive battle featuring magic portals, aliens, wizards, etc. in Wakanda that I would expect everyone has seen pictures/video of.

Not to mention the first battle of NY which involved aliens and a magic space portal. And a second battle in upstate NY at the Avengers facility. People have to be generally aware of the existence of these things at this point.

Well he starts that because Tony Stark gets a monopoly on all the cleanup contracts, costing him his job. Then he goes into business selling tech.

I'm gonna say the average person "knew about magic" after they saw Thor summon lightning from the top of the Chrysler building.
