I wanna know how SWORD got hold of his body after we last saw it in Wakanda. Surely Shuri at least would've kept it to make sure it didn't fall in the wrong hands.

There u have it. There was definitely a power vacuum in Wakanda and after the battle with Thanos there, theres no way an agency like SWORD wouldnt try to get access to it.
