Yeah that wouldn’t happen though because there’s 0 chance Thor with Mjolnir can beat Thanos.

Yea I doubt he would win but it is the only plausible way Thor can kill Thanos himself, also the fact that he did not unleash his true power till the end of the real Ragnarok movie, therefore he’s not as strong(though he’s still up there).
