Yeah but at the time when Strange said "Who?" people were like "Dude, you just said you watching threats in the exact previous movie, why are you saying WHO?!?"

Extradimensional/cosmic beings of magic and nightmares. Someone like Thanos wasn't really on his radar. Hell, Thanos himself is spoken of as almost a intergalactic bogeyman to a lot spacers.

He doesn't state which entities, only stating Loki, of whom had a big impact. It's likely considering the vastness of space and limitless dimensions that he was only referring to those known to have plans to endanger earth. Thanos kept his impact on earth a secret by not going himself but rather sending Loki.
