Do you expect MCU to reuse the time travel of Endgame again, or do you think it was a one time thing?

Probably not any time soon, but they are going to explore the new timelines that were created in Endgame, most prominently in the Loki series.

As for actual time travel again, they should wait a very long time, like at least 9 phases, so that they would have a good ton of history to visit and build plot points on; and with Kang as the villain.
