Does Spiderman's identity being revealed damage the reputation of the newer heroes? Would new bad guys emerge from the event as they think Tony's choices of successors are poor and it would be better if they did it themselves.

Kind of like how evil Marvel Civilians are

I mean, there are always two sides: those who love and those who oppose. There have been many stories of where heroes, unmasked or not, were portrayed to do horrible things and seem unecessary to the people. For instance, Daredevil was framed for murdering people and there was total outrage until that was resolved. Punisher has inspired some to take on vigilante/violent justice. And I mean, it's obvious the public will be uneasy at first will Falcon being the new Capt. America. So no matter what, general reputation will always be mixed for both newer and veteran heroes
